Cancellation of subscription
If at any time you need to cancel your subscription, the process is simple. Follow the steps below to cancel your subscription service.
- Sign into your account.
- On the sidebar, click on Settings to reveal additional options.
- Select Manage Subscription.
- On the subscription page, you'll see your current plan details.
- Directly under your subscription details, you will find two options: Update plan and Cancel plan.
- Click on the Cancel plan button to proceed.
- A confirmation prompt will appear to ensure that you want to proceed with the cancellation.
- Review the details and confirm if you wish to proceed by clicking on a confirmation button.
- If you change your mind at this point, you can select the option to go back.
